Returns
We accept returns only if the product received is:
- Damaged during transit.
- Defective or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect product delivered.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Bulk or corporate orders.
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, unless received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent replacement or refund may be offered.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins. Customized and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has started.
